What to include
- Your device model, for example iPhone 15 or iPad (10th generation).
- The iOS version, from Settings → General → About.
- The app version, shown in the App Store.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps; please leave out anything you do not want to share.
Replies
Messages are read and answered one by one, as time allows. There is no promised response time. For urgent food-safety questions, ask your local food-safety authority and throw out anything you doubt; the app cannot answer them.
Not here
There is no contact form, phone line or chat, because the app has no server to receive them. Your records are only on your device, so the developer cannot look up or recover them.
